CUSTOM FEES

UNITED STATES:
It is currently an uncertain situation with tariffs and custom fees on shipments into the US. I am not liable for these fees.
If you are buying handmade items and prints it is less likely that you'll be paying heavy fees as the are EU-made.
Acrylic keychains are manufactured in China so the fees will likely be higher.

EUROPEAN UNION:
I am shipping from the EU, so you will not be subject to any custom fees.

EVERWHERE ELSE:
it is unlikely that you will be subject to a custom fee, however it is still possible and I am not liable for these fees.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All orders are final so I won't accept returns and I cannot issue refunds.
I will reship items that I have made a mistake on, otherwise I cannot afford to be reshipping items for any other scenario. If you have made a mistake at checkout like a spelling mistake/wrong address please let me know ASAP! Best is through my social media for emergencies.
If something happens and you don't receive your items after an extended period, I will be happy to try and reimburse you with other items if you place a new order or are willing to pay for shipping again. Please send me a message either through social media or with the contact button on this site! I'll do my best to remedy the situation :)

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Estimates are from date of shipping, not day of order and are only estimates, not exact. I ship out packages every Friday (might be delayed to Saturday or Monday depending on the order load, I am just one person) so please order before then if you want the package shipped as soon as possible.
Germany : Within a week
EU and Europe : up to 2 weeks depending on where you are in Europe. Countries neighbouring Germany will be quicker.
Worldwide : Roughly 1 month, depending on where you are in the world. If you live in or around Oceania or South America it may take up to 2 months. My apologies!
